These Terms apply to anyone accessing the website challengine.com (the "Website") operated by NAICC Oy, business ID 3389335-1. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.
These Terms do not apply to the use of the Challengine service itself. Use of the service is governed by a separate agreement between NAICC and each customer. That agreement also covers matters such as ownership of workspace content, which belongs to the customer's organisation, and the customer's responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into business cases. If you are a user of the service and need details of its terms of use, please contact your organisation's Challengine administrator or contact us.

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about NAICC and the Challengine service, and to allow you to get in touch with us.
NAICC may change the content and functionality of the Website at any time without prior notice.
2. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including texts, images, video, logos and trademarks, are the property of NAICC or its licensors.

The parties shall seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the District Court of Southwest Finland (Varsinais-Suomen käräjäoikeus).
